I have to share this super cute home I was going to stage! I adore it! I'm very sad to say I didn't end up staging it; but very happy to say it's under contract! That's right it sold before we got a chance to stage it! I was with Wanda Bond, the Realtor I work for (info in side bar and on Sponsor page) on our way to do a preliminary walk through and begin staging when the homeowner called and said she had someone in the yard wanting to buy the house! We went there straight away! Either way, here are some photos of this beautiful home. Sorry to say, I don't have any photos of the interior because everything was packed up and unstaged!
The landscaping is beautiful. All those box woods are amazing.
I love the sweet lamp post.
There is a brand new roof on the home. FYI--this style roof is know as a Mansard roof. The style of the home is Dutch Colonial with very heavy French influence throughout. The porch railing is Chippendale, a style highly influenced by European explorers who ventured to the Far East in the 1700s.
The siding is stucco and in wonderful shape! All of the shutters are real, functioning shutters!
You can't tell from the photo, but the walkway is made of flagstone--so classic!
Here's one last photo of this beautiful home! I hope you've enjoyed them! I'll be back soon with a post on this really neat shop I visited over the week-end!
