{The Oak Antique Mall}

This links to the wonderful antiques mall I was formally a dealer with. I worked here from August 2006 - January 2010. I was manager my last few years there. This was a job I truly regret leaving! Imagine being able to play with antiques everyday! I still keep in touch as a frequent customer and consultant.

You can find my blog post on The Oak here.

These are some of the wonderful dealers within The Oak:

{Through The Garden Gate}
   This is my go to source for all things shabby chic. Owners Pam & Ronnie Robbins have over 20,000 square feet of antiques and collectibles. This is a two for one store--Pam has her side of the shop (about 3,000 square feet) decorated in muted tones of white and cream with accents of colors from seasonal decor. Ronnie makes wonderful furniture crafted from architectural salvage and old barn wood. He made the cute picnic table in my kitchen! In the other side of is a huge antiques mall--full of everything imaginable. One dealer, Mona, specializes in creating light fixtures out of unexpected objects. She creates beautiful chandeliers, lamps, and wall sconces out of wire baskets, galvanized tubs,  statuary, and more! If shabby chic is not your thing (gasp) don't worry--there are beautiful European, Early American, Chippendale, Eastlake, Victorian, Empire, and farm antiques, too.
